Financial Disputes

When determining issues relating to finance and property the Court will always hold as paramount the interests of the children of the family. Such disputes can often lead to arguments and bitterness between the parties which can impact upon the children and for this reason as well as for reasons of reducing overall costs, we always endeavour to take a conciliatory but reasoned approach to these matters and seek to facilitate mutually acceptable settlements.
