Fees in divorce and separation cases largely depend on the amount of work undertaken which is directly linked to the number of assets held by the family and the extent to which those assets are in dispute.
The divorce element will normally cost in the region of £500.00 but any financial and property disputes and any disputes regarding the children of the family will normally significantly increase this figure.
