We have Family Law Departments at both our Netherton and Bootle offices. The Family Law Department at Netherton office is managed by Jan Thornbury, a Solicitor with 15 years experience and Family Law matters at our Bootle office are managed by Sandra Todd, who has been a Family Law Practitioner since 1975.
In addition, as members of the Solicitors Family Law Association, we manage all cases in accordance with the code of practice adhered to by all SLFA members.
In Family Law Proceedings we will always pursue our client's case to the best of our ability and in their best interests. However, we will always have regard for the emotional needs of the family and particularly the children of the family and ensure that all negotiations are carried out amicably and as reasonably as possible so that the distress and upset which often results in family disputes can be minimised.
