• 10% discount on Civil Litigation fees,10% discount on Family Law fees, 10% discount on Wills, 10% discount on Home Condition Reports and Energy Performance Certificates prepared in connection with Home Information Packs* (subject to availability and on type and age of the property in question).

• £75.00 gift voucher or cheque if as a member you choose to instruct us again in connection with a personal injury claim. The payment will be paid on acceptance of your claim and conditional upon us continuing to act for you until the conclusion of the case.
• £50.00 gift voucher or cheque if you refer or recommend another person to this firm in respect of whom we accept a claim conditional upon us continuing to act for you until the conclusion of the case.
• £25.00 reduction in the quoted fee if you instruct us to handle your conveyancing before you enter into an agreement with an Estate Agent to market your property or verbally agree an offer to purchase.

Please note that we can only make such payments and accept such referrals when there has been compliance with the Solicitors' Introduction and Referral Codes and Advertising Code, details of which can be obtained upon application.

The Law Society regulates the manner in which we can make payments for referrals and therefore any such payments are made at our absolute discretion.
